Join Kelsey in these multi level yoga classes.
These classes will leave you feeling clear-minded and more balanced in the strength and flexibility of both your body and mind.
Our teachers offer modifications as well as next-steps so that each student can work at the level that’s best for their body and energy level in each class.
The classes provide a safe, supportive space to move beyond limitations, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a focused mind, confidence in your body and breath, and an expanded sense of who you are as an energetic being in a body.
These classes are an excellent remedy to the demands of daily life as well as a powerful tool for improving health and total wellness, supporting graceful, comfortable, and vibrant living and ageing.
They are suitable for all levels from beginners (no previous experience is necessary!) to advanced. All levels are welcome.
Ground into your body with awareness, mudras, mantra, and breathing practice before moving into the yoga poses. Hatha classes typically include breathing exercises and yoga pose. You’ll have time and space in these classes to explore your body in a variety of poses, with mindful transitions in between.
*Saturday morning Zoom class has more emphasis on mantra, breathing, and meditation than the weekday classes (while still reserving time for balancing the body through poses)
Breath and Restoration - This class is focused on improving balanced breathing (an essential component of a healthy mind and body), expanding vitality and youthfulness through specific yogic breathing practices called pranayamas, and gently moving the body followed by deeply relaxing it so that the nervous system and each of your cells soften into their capacity to heal and restore. Perfect for a Sunday night!
Energy management and intuitive development course - - Start class with yoga poses to prepare your body for guided meditation where you will explore various facets of your energetic nature. You’ll learn to ground, clear and ‘own’ your energetic space (so you’re not as affected by the external world - including other people - around you), work with your aura and chakras, access your inner answers and live your life from your innate wisdom. The class ends with a restorative yoga pose and brief discussion on applying energy management techniques in your day to day living. *This class runs in three-month series (starting Jan, April, July, and Oct)

Why registered sessions?
Yoga Sutra 1.14 teaches that we become well-established in the practice of yoga (and it’s many many benefits!!) by consistent practice over a long period of time. Thus, we offer registered sessions to save your space in class, as well as help keep you motivated and committed so that the fruits of yoga continue to grow within your body, mind and being.

I’m Kelsey, and my personal ongoing transformation of body and mind - along with having spent many years walking students and clients through the same - fuels my love and enthusiasm for teaching others to skillfully navigate physical, mental and spiritual life so that they can live the vibrant life at their full potential that they’re meant for.
It’s my intention and hope that in my classes, workshops and treatments, you’ll find inspiration and support that empower you to shed the distracting symptoms and limitations of your body and mind so that you can create health and vitality, and consistently live from your inner wisdom.
Kelsey completed her first yoga teacher training in 2009 and has been teaching ever since - including having co-taught 200 and 300-hour Yoga teacher trainings for over a decade. She also provides Ayurveda health consultations, education, and bodywork, and introductory Vedic astrology readings.
I have been in the health care industry for just over thirty years. While servicing in a medical field, I realized that there is more to health, wellness and healing that our typical western medicine practices can't provide. Struggling myself over the years with chronic pain due to Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and the anxiety and depression that come with the situation, I searched for many years to find relief. And with much perseverance, I found meditation, yoga, Craniosacral Therapy and the healing of touch to be a huge resource for my healing and remission.
Because of my experiences and deep longing to teach and share, I continually educate myself to keep up the credentials in these fields to help others to heal themselves.
