Join  Tracey in this multi level yoga class.  You have the opportunity to challenge yourself, or just be kind to yourself.  No one is watching or judging!!!…  while you breathe deeply and effortlessly as we transition from posture to posture in a mindful, fulfilling way.  This class will leave you feeling relaxed, supple and  ready  to  complete  your  day .  This class is an excellent complement to your weekly practice & great for all beginners.


No previous yoga experience necessary in this class.


$85.00 for 7  weeks or $15.00 for drop in. If you join us for two classes per week the cost is $150.00

For all three classes the costs is $200. plus 1/2 price Holistic session of your choice.

Tracey Pike

I have been in the health care industry for just over thirty years. While servicing in a medical field, I realized that there is more to health, wellness and healing that our typical western medicine practices can't provide. Struggling myself over the years with chronic pain due to Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and the anxiety and depression that come with the situation, I searched for many years to find relief. And with much perseverance, I found meditation, yoga, Craniosacral Therapy and the healing of touch to be a huge resource for my healing and remission.

Because of my experiences and deep longing to teach and share, I continually educate myself to keep up the credentials in these fields to help others to heal themselves.

Meet Our Yoga Instructors

Teresa Stanley

I have been a keen practitioner of yoga for almost 6 years and teaching for 4 years.The discipline, technicality and focus on the alignment aspects of Iyengar yoga was reminiscent of my ballet training.  Recently I completed the 3 year training program endorsed by Sri B.K.S. Iyengar under the mentorship of Leslie Hogya and Marlene Miller, senior Iyengar teachers at the Victoria Iyengar Centre. I am now currently preparing for assessment to be certified as an Iyengar teacher and to be able to display the Certification Mark demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the purity, excellence, and high standards of Iyengar Yoga.  The assessment process, overseen by a national association holds Iyengar teacher trainees to international standards and is designed to uphold the quality of these traditional teachings.

Adding to my overall passion for fostering the health and wellness of my students, I hold a diploma as a Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNP) from Alive Academy. 

I teach a method of Hatha yoga that develops strength, endurance, and optimal body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation. If practiced regularly, one develops self-awareness, intelligent evaluation, and profound inward reflection. Standing poses are emphasized at the beginning to build strength and ease of movement, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination, and balance. Postures for deep relaxation are also introduced from the beginning. Gradually, sitting and reclining postures, forward bends, inversions, backbends, twists, arm balances, and flowing sequences are introduced as well as some pranayama.  

Precision of alignment in the yoga poses is emphasized, encouraging weak parts of the body to strengthen and stiff areas to release, thus awakening and realigning the whole body. As the body moves into better alignment, less muscular work is required and relaxation increases naturally.
